In our country most xo's are from the Ceibal Plan, managed by the goverment for educational purposes. All image files and activation keys are specific for our country and should not work with any other xo. I don't know how many people in my coutry have bought an xo outside the Ceibal Plan, I guess there should not be very much.
If you don't get any answer don't you think we are selfish, we just don't know.
